1. Free Shipping Over $50

  • We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over $50 USD.
  • For orders under $50, shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

2. Handling & Processing

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days. We work diligently to process and pack your order as quickly as possible.
  • Late Orders: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Tracking Updates: It may take 5 to 7 working days before the carrier updates the tracking information.

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or local postal delays.

4. Multiple Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. This can occur if items are sourced from different warehouses.
  • If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate confirmation emails and tracking information (if available) for each shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Tracking Updates: It may take 5 to 7 working days before the carrier updates the tracking information.
