Shipping & Delivery

Who delivers my items?
Your order is shipped from our fulfillment center and handed over to your local postal service for delivery.

How can I track my package?
Tracking your order is easy! Visit our Track Order page, enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email, and click "Track My Package" to view your order's progress.

What is the typical delivery time for my order?
Delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and your local postal service’s operating hours.

What happens if no one is home?
If your package is small, it will be left in your mailbox. If it requires a signature or cannot be delivered, your local post office will hold it for pickup.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I return an item I don’t like?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your package. The item must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Proof of postage must be emailed to us as confirmation.
Note: Promotional items are not eligible for returns.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us right away. You can choose between a refund or an exchange.

Order Changes

What if I change my mind about my order?
If you’d like to change your order, email us within 2 hours of your purchase with the details. Changes cannot be made after this timeframe.

Refunds & Cancellations

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, including tags and all parts.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for exchanges.
  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping (within 2 hours of purchase).
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Management reserves the right to refuse any refund or return that doesn’t meet these criteria.
